203. (163) σχόλιον Ὀλυμπιοδώρου επὶ Φιλήβου Πλάτωνος (according to Westerink, actually written by Damáskios) 39 a ed. Stallb. 267:

ὅτι εἰσὶ μνῆμαι τοσαίδε· πρώτη μὲν ἡ κατὰ αἴσθησιν· τηρεῖ γάρ πως καὶ ἡ αἴσθησις· δευτέρα δὲ ἡ κατὰ φαντασίαν. τρίτη ἡ κατὰ δόξαν· εἶτα ἡ κατὰ διάνοιαν· |^{268 Stallb.} εἶτα ἡ κατὰ νοῦν ἐν τοῖς νοεροῖς ἐν τοῖς θείοις· εἶτα ἡ θεὸς αὐτή, ἀφ’ ἧς πᾶσα ἡ ἰδιότης ἐπιγίγνεται· εἶτα ἡ παρὰ τῶι Ὀρφεῖ Μνημώ, (compare fragment 114 vs. 4) εἶτε καὶ ἄλλη τις οὖσα τυγχάνει.

“Wherefore, there are so many (causes) for memory; first according to sensation; for even sensation in some way pays attention; and the second according to fantasy; the third according to opinion; then that which is according to thought; then according to mind in divine intellectual things (or beings or Gods); then the Goddess herself (Μνημοσύνη), from which the whole particular nature (of memory) comes about; and so the Mnîmóh (Μνημώ = Μνημοσύνη) (compare fragment 114 vs. 4) beside Orphéfs (Ὀρφεύς), either you encounter being one or the other.”
