129. (99) σχόλιον Πρόκλου επὶ Κρατύλου Πλάτωνος 396 b. c p. 62, 3 Pasqu.:

ὡς δ' Όρφεὺς ἐνθέωι στόματι λέγει, καὶ καταπίνει τὸν πρόγονον αὐτοῦ τὸν Φάνητα καὶ ἐγκολπίζεται πάσας αὐτοῦ τὰς δυνάμεις ὁ Ζεὺς καὶ γίνεται πάντα νοερῶς ὅσαπερ ἦν ἐκεῖνος νοητῶς καὶ ὁ Κρόνος πάσης τῆς δημιουργίας ἐνδίδωσι τῶι Διὶ τὰς ἀρχὰς καὶ τῆς εἰς τὰ αἰσθητὰ προνοίας, καὶ ἑαυτὸν νοῶν ἥνωται τοῖς πρωτίστοις νοητοῖς καὶ πεπλήρωται τῶν ἐκεῖθεν ἀγαθῶν. διὸ καὶ τρέφεσθαί φησιν αὐτὸν ὁ θεολόγος ὑπὸ τῆς Νυκτός· 

ἐκ πάντων δὲ Κρόνον Νὺξ ἔτρεφεν ἠδ' ἀτίταλλεν.

“Thus, as Orphéfs (Όρφεὺς) says with his heavenly gifted mouth: Zefs (Ζεὺς) swallows his own forefather, Phánîs (Φάνης), and takes into his bosom all of his abilities; and he comes to be all things, intellectually, as great as the former (Phánîs). And Krónos (Κρόνος) places the first cause of all creation in the hands of Zefs and of his foresight of the sensible; just as (Krónos), perceiving himself, is unified with the primary intelligibles and is satiated with the good things from that place. Wherefore, the Theologian (Όρφεὺς) says that he (Krónos) was even reared by Nyx (Νύξ):

 "But from out of them all, Nyx nursed and cared for Krónos." (trans. the author)

The logo to the left is the principal symbol of this website. It is called the CESS logo, i.e. the Children of the Earth and the Starry Sky. The Pætilía (Petelia, Πετηλία) and other golden tablets having this phrase are the inspiration for the symbol. The image represents this idea: Earth (divisible substance) and the Sky (continuous substance) are the two kozmogonic substances. The twelve stars represent the Natural Laws, the dominions of the Olympian Gods. In front of these symbols is the seven-stringed kithára (cithara, κιθάρα), the the lyre of Apóllôn (Apollo, Ἀπόλλων). It (here) represents the bond between Gods and mortals and is representative that we are the children of Orphéfs (Orpheus, Ὀρφεύς).
